What steps do I need to take?
What do I need to do?
√ DR Mission Team Application turned into Adrian
Due by November 10th.
√ Get a Valid Passport (send 2 copies to Adrian)
These can be gotten at most Major U.S. Post Offices
*Start this process soon so you have plenty of time.
√ Get Up-to-date Shots
√ Send out at least 10 Letters to friends and family to let them know you are a member of this team. (Team will pay the postage). You could also let them know of the opportunity to give towards your trip or the overall project. By December 11th
Pay/Raise $1700 for air fair, room and board (food in the DR), transportation, some construction supplies
O upon acceptance a $500 (non-refunable) due November 15th
O $400 More due December 15th
O $400 More due January 15th
O $400 More due February 15th
√ Download, print off, fill out and mail in the Health Form PDF below.
